Our primary public presence is on Instagram. When you interact with us there, your data is also processed by Meta Platforms in line with their own policies. We have no control over their processing. Links to Instagram open on their platform and are subject to their terms.

7. External application forms

Applications are collected through external services (such as Tally or similar form providers). Any data you submit through those forms is also processed by that provider under their privacy policy. We only use this data to review your application and contact you if relevant.

8. Uploaded content (photos, videos)

You only need to share photos or videos if you choose to. We never publish your content without explicit consent. If you ask us to remove previously shared content, we will do so promptly.

9. Data retention

We keep application data for as long as needed to review and respond, and afterwards only as long as legitimately required (for example to re-contact suitable candidates). You can request deletion at any time.
