These terms describe AMA's intended operating model and require review by a qualified lawyer before reliance.
1. The platform
AMA is a non-exclusive discovery, learning, talent-network and connection platform. Unless expressly agreed in writing, AMA is not an employer, producer, casting director, contracting party or exclusive legal representative.
2. Eligibility and applications
Talent applications are 18+ only. Applications are reviewed at AMA's discretion. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, publication, network membership, representation, employment, casting, bookings, followers, income, fame, exposure, brand deals or commercial success.
3. Private network and consent
Application processing, private-network retention, public featuring, opportunity notices, contact-detail sharing, educational emails and commercial marketing are separate purposes. Submission is not an unrestricted release. Additional consent or a release may be required before public use or external sharing.
4. Opportunities and direct agreements
AMA may notify relevant talent about third-party opportunities or facilitate introductions. Talent decides whether to proceed. Unless another arrangement is agreed in writing, the project agreement is between client and talent, who are responsible for due diligence, compensation, usage rights, safety, travel and performance.
5. Client-paid and commercial services
Clients may pay AMA for sourcing, targeted opportunity distribution, promotional placement, casting support, introductions, campaigns or related agreed services. Payment does not guarantee candidates, acceptance, project completion or results. Any future paid service involving talent will be identified before payment is requested.
6. Sponsorships, advertising and affiliates
AMA channels may contain clearly identified sponsored content, paid campaigns, advertising, placements, brand partnerships or affiliate links. AMA may receive compensation or a commission, sometimes at no additional cost to the user. Not every recommendation is paid, and commercial compensation does not require AMA to recommend something solely because it pays.
7. Creative network
Network membership or an introduction does not constitute endorsement, employment, representation or a guarantee. Every person should independently evaluate photographers, producers, brands, agencies and other providers before contracting.
8. Opportunity safety
AMA may make reasonable efforts to communicate information accurately but does not control every third party. Verify identity, company, project, compensation, location, contract, travel and requested materials. Never send money, passwords, banking credentials, identity documents or intimate images merely because someone claims to represent AMA or a client. Report misuse through @albanianmodelagency.
9. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your submitted content. Any public use depends on the applicable permission or release. AMA's own site design, logo and editorial materials may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Third-party services and liability
Tally, Instagram and linked services operate under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, AMA is not responsible for independent third-party conduct, payment, performance or content and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Changes and governing law
These terms may change as AMA develops. They are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, subject to mandatory rights that may apply elsewhere. This clause requires professional legal confirmation.
