Legal information

Important: This page explains AMA's intended consent structure in plain English. It is not a signed release. The application and any later release must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer or data-protection professional before reliance.
Talent applications are for adults aged 18 or older. AMA does not currently operate a minor application process. A future process for minors would require separate, professionally reviewed guardian consent.
Application → review → invitation where appropriate → separate consent or release where required → public feature or opportunity sharing if selected and permitted.
You may permit public use of selected images without permitting AMA to share your contact details. You may receive opportunity notices without appearing on Instagram. Applying does not grant AMA unrestricted rights to publish, market or share your information.
If selected, the applicable release should identify the approved material, channels, purpose, duration, territory, editing rights, credit and withdrawal process. Public channels may include the website, Instagram, other social media, editorial content, promotional content or AMA marketing materials.
You may unsubscribe from optional emails and withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful, and removal from third-party reposts, archives or search caches may not be immediate. You may also request access, correction or deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Consent, network participation or a public feature does not guarantee work, publication, followers, income or success and does not create exclusive representation, employment or a client contract.
