AMA is building a transparent path between Albanian talent and legitimate industry needs. Talent participation and commercial client services are kept clear and separate.

For talent

Applying is free. AMA does not charge aspiring talent simply to apply, be considered for basic visibility or remain in the basic talent community. Public features, private-network participation, contact sharing and optional emails are separate choices.

For clients

Brands and industry professionals may pay AMA for talent sourcing, casting outreach, targeted opportunity distribution, promotional placement, campaigns, introductions or related agreed services.

Commercial disclosure

AMA may also earn through sponsorships, advertising, partnerships, affiliate commissions, referral arrangements and other clearly disclosed commercial services. Commercial content is identified where required.

Choice and outcomes

Talent decides whether to pursue an opportunity and normally contracts directly with the client unless another arrangement is expressly agreed. AMA does not guarantee acceptance, publication, representation, work, bookings, income or success.

AMA may earn from

  • Client-paid sourcing or casting services
  • Paid opportunity distribution
  • Sponsored campaigns and content
  • Advertising and brand partnerships
  • Affiliate commissions and referral arrangements
  • Other clearly disclosed commercial services

AMA principles

  • AMA does not charge aspiring talent simply to apply or to be considered for basic visibility.
  • Any future paid service involving talent would be clearly identified before payment is requested.
  • Commercial content is labelled where required; not every recommendation is paid.
  • A commercial relationship does not mean AMA recommends something simply because it pays.
  • Talent decides whether to pursue an opportunity. AMA does not guarantee results.
